To be eligible to register and maintain an account on d2fun, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. d2fun operates as an adults-only platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You do not reside in, and are not accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on d2fun or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by d2fun for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not wagering under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.
• Your registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information — are accurate, complete, and verifiable.

d2fun reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued identification card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the preceding three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each eligible player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted during the registration process.
• Select a unique username and strong, confidential password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify d2fun immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — remain current and accurate.

d2fun will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or your failure to notify us of a breach in a timely manner.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, d2fun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any other user. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other artificial means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without d2fun's express written authorisation.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Use the Platform while located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location at any time.

The Platform — including all games, content, and features — is provided for entertainment purposes. The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by real-world events (in the case of sports betting), and is not influenced by d2fun staff or third parties.

All transactions on d2fun are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). d2fun supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Deposits are typically processed immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification prior to first payout processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposit or is otherwise verified as belonging to the account holder.
• d2fun targets the following indicative processing times: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 15 minutes; bank wire within 60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on payment provider processing schedules.
• d2fun reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
• Any funds identified as originating from fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorised activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.

d2fun offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms specific to the individual offer as displayed on the Platform.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "35x" means you must wager the bonus amount thirty-five times). Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates for each product type are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in each individual promotion. Expired bonuses and any winings generated from them will be forfeited.
• Abuse: d2fun reserves the right to void bonuses and related winings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Withdrawal Prior to Wagering Completion: Initiating a withdrawal request while bonus funds remain active may result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings attributable to those bonus funds.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the d2fun sportsbook and casino products. Product-specific rules — including those applicable to EPL and Liga Super Malaysia football markets, UFC fight betting, mix parlay selections, and individual casino game variants — are published within the respective product sections of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. d2fun reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play/live bets) are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. d2fun cannot guarantee continuous market availability throughout an event.
• In the event of a system malfunction, error, or technical fault that affects game integrity, d2fun reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. A single incorrect selection voids the entire parlay ticket.
• d2fun reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual markets, events, or player accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as published on the Platform.

d2fun is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The Platform is strictlyfor adults aged 21 years and above only.

Players are encouraged to use the following self-management tools, which are available from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a specified period, after which your account will be temporarily restricted from further wagering.

• Chip-dumping, soft-play, or any other form of deliberate loss-engineering in multi-player games.
• Using any software, tool, algorithm, or exploit to gain an unfair mechanical advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform for money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing d2fun staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access the Platform from prohibited jurisdiction.

All content on the d2fun Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual design, logos, trademarks, photographs, software code, and game content — is the property of d2fun or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view Platform content solely for the purpose of using the Platform's services. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from d2fun.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks appearing on the Platform.
• Use d2fun's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d2fun, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Interruptions, outages, or technical faults affecting Platform availability or game continuity.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any conduct or content of third parties, including payment providers and game studios, accessible through or via the Platform.

d2fun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.

d2fun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• d2fun suspects the account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime.
• Continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to d2fun's responsible gambling obligations.
• The player is identified as a Prohibited Person, including any individual under the age of 21.

Upon termination for cause, d2fun reserves the right to withold or forfeit account balances where permitted by applicable law and these Terms. Balances held in accounts closed due to responsible gambling self-exclusion requests will be returned to the player in full, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of KYC.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which d2fun holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution mechanism.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, d2fun operates a good-faith internal dispute resolution process. Players who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that their account has been handled unfairly may submit a dispute to our support team [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. We undertake to acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where strictly necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

d2fun reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice — including by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any material change to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
